What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 14-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes, every order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific plant species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to ensure the shortest transit time for live greenery.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the plant has been prepared for shipment, we are unable to make further changes.
Are your pots included with the plant purchase?
Most plants are shipped in standard nursery pots. However, we offer a variety of decorative ceramic and terracotta pots that can be added to your order at checkout.
